At Cloudflare, our Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, Solution Engineers, and Customer Success teams work closely together to help organisations across Belgium and Luxembourg adopt secure, high-performing Internet solutions.
Our sales organisation partners with customers to solve complex technical and security challenges, while driving sustainable revenue growth that enables Cloudflare to continue supporting millions of users globally with free services.
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business across Belgium and Luxembourg (BeLux).
You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing opportunities within large enterprise accounts across the region. This role is ideal for a consultative sales professional who combines strong commercial acumen with technical credibility and who is comfortable engaging stakeholders ranging from network engineers and IT architects to C-level executives.
You will play a key role in strengthening and expanding Cloudflare’s presence in the BeLux market.
Develop and execute a strategic territory and account plan for the BeLux region
Drive new enterprise sales to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Identify, qualify, and close opportunities within large and strategic accounts
Articulate compelling value propositions tailored to Belgian and Luxembourg market needs
Lead complex contract negotiations
Build and maintain a strong and predictable sales pipeline
Develop long-term strategic relationships with key enterprise customers
Collaborate cross-functionally with Solution Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term value creation
Travel within Belgium and Luxembourg as required (approximately <25%)
Fluency in English and Dutch is required; French is a strong plus (given the Belgian and Luxembourg market landscape)
Minimum 6 years of direct B2B enterprise sales experience
Proven track record selling into Belgium and/or Luxembourg
Strong understanding of networking, security, and how the Internet works
Ability to confidently engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience navigating multi-lingual, multi-cultural business environments
Strong negotiation, communication, and organisational skills
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Technical background in engineering, computer science, or information systems is a plus.
As an Account Executive for BeLux, you will:
Build and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for your territory
Drive strategic conversations at all levels, from infrastructure and security teams to executive leadership
Position Cloudflare as a long-term strategic partner for digital transformation, cybersecurity, and performance optimisation
Expand Cloudflare’s footprint within existing accounts while acquiring new enterprise logos
Contribute to the continued growth and brand presence of Cloudflare across Belgium and Luxembourg
