Terminal Operator – World Fuel Gibraltar

As a Terminal Operator, you’ll help keep our marine terminal running smoothly by supporting the safe receipt, storage, and transfer of fuel products. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, operating equipment, and being part of a strong team.
What You’ll Do
- Receive fuel from vessels and transfer product into storage tanks following established procedures.
- Load and discharge product to company and third‑party vessels and road tankers.
- Perform tank gauging, product measurement, and inventory checks.
- Complete daily inspections, routine maintenance, and basic operational reporting.
- Support emergency response activities and regular safety drills.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and follow all terminal security protocols.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in terminal operations, marine operations, industrial facilities, logistics, or similar hands‑on environments (preferred but not required).
- Basic mechanical knowledge (pumps, valves, gauges) and comfort using computers/handheld devices.
- Ability to obtain required safety and operational training; firefighting/first aid helpful.
- Valid driver’s license.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather.
- Ability to lift 20–25 kg and perform manual operational tasks.
- Ability to climb stairs/ladders as part of daily duties.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and on‑call when needed.
