As Terminal Head of Finance you will be responsible for:

You will lead the full finance agenda for the terminal and act as a trusted business partner to the Managing Director.

  • Lead and ensure efficient endtoend accounting processes, including RecordtoReport, OrdertoCash, and RequisitiontoPay
  • Own financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management to drive optimal financial results
  • Provide datadriven insights, benchmarks, and scenarios to support strategic and operational decisionmaking
  • Establish and maintain robust internal control, risk management, and compliance frameworks, including tax and treasury responsibilities
  • Drive investment analysis, capital allocation, and followup on business cases
  • Act as finance representative toward regional finance, HQ functions, authorities, and external stakeholders
  • Lead, develop, and inspire the local finance organization, while coordinating closely with remote and global finance teams

You bring the experience and capabilities required to succeed in a highly operational and dynamic terminal environment:

  • Proven experience as a senior finance leader (CFO, Head of Finance, or equivalent) in a businesscritical, operational setting
  • Strong handson capability with the ability to move seamlessly between detail and helicopter perspective in a lean organization
  • Solid background in financial business partnering, controlling, and performance management at business unit or group level
  • Deep understanding of accounting, reporting, budgeting, and internal control in complex, capitalintensive operations
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience developing teams, influencing senior stakeholders, and working effectively in a matrix organization
  • Experience from industrial, logistics, automotive, or similarly operationsheavy environments is highly valued.
  • You are comfortable working in changing conditions, able to stay calm under pressure, and confident challenging assumptions to improve outcomes.
  • English is required; Swedish is an advantage but not mandatory.
