We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Tenders Analyst to join our Contract Management team in Vaughan, ON. Reporting to the Manager, Tenders, you will contribute to business growth by supporting the full RFx lifecycle including Tenders, Requests for Proposals (RFP), Requests for Quotation (RFQ), and Requests for Information (RFI) (collectively “RFx”). In this role, your primary focus will be to deliver accurate, high-quality submissions that meet customer-defined requirements and deadlines, helping position Cardinal Health Canada for success in competitive markets.

In this role, you will review RFx documentation to identify key requirements, contractual terms and conditions, and any potential risks, helping ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance standards. You will support multiple RFx projects simultaneously, working closely with cross-functional teams and contributing to the development of competitive, high-quality proposals.

Additionally, you will monitor the status of submitted RFx projects, coordinate contract award activities, and facilitate seamless execution between customers and internal teams. Post-award, you will manage contract amendments, extensions, and renewals, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

Your Contributions to the Organization:
As a Tenders Analyst, you will play an integral role in supporting the full RFx project lifecycle from intake through award and post-award activities ensuring the timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of high-quality submissions and contract updates. This position requires a detail-oriented coordinator who can manage multiple RFx processes, support bid-related tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to help drive successful outcomes.

With a customer-focused approach, you interpret information from bid and contract documents and help align stakeholders to meet shared objectives.

  • Support the RFx lifecycle including Tenders, RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs from intake through submission, ensuring timelines and compliance requirements are met

  • Monitor bid sites and assist in identifying new RFx opportunities across industry platforms

  • Assist in coordinating RFx activities by working closely with cross-functional teams and supporting kick-off or planning discussions as needed

  • Help manage incoming customer inquiries by gathering required information, clarifying requirements and collaborating with bid team members

  • Review RFx documentation and contract templates to extract key requirements, track deliverables and help establish internal timelines for stakeholders

  • Assist with reviewing contractual terms and conditions and work with internal stakeholders to obtain required approvals

  • Contribute to drafting proposals and assembling high-quality RFx submissions that align with customer and organizational objectives

  • Coordinate and compile all required RFx response materials, ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with submission guidelines

  • Support the on-time delivery of compliant, well-structured RFx submissions that contribute to business growth

  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to gather inputs and support seamless execution of RFx deliverables

  • Assist with preparing final bid submissions, ensuring all specifications are met and documents are appropriately archived

  • Track and monitor the progress of active and submitted tenders, ensuring stakeholders receive timely updates

  • Support contract award activities, including coordinating documentation and assisting with execution steps

  • Contribute to post-award contract activities such as amendments, extensions, and renewals, ensuring accuracy and compliance

  • Maintain accurate data in core systems by entering and updating details for awarded business

  • Help resolve escalations by coordinating with internal teams and responding promptly to customer inquiries

  • Assist with contract finalization by coordinating signatures and supporting communication between customers and internal teams

  • Build and maintain positive working relationships across the business, supporting collaboration throughout the tendering process

  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts by sharing ideas, gathering feedback, and helping implement best practices

  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and governance standards to support compliance

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in RFx, bids/proposals coordination, contract administration, procurement, or a related business support function, preferred

  • Post‑secondary education in Business, Commerce, Communication, Public Administration, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment, managing multiple priorities with strong organizational and time‑management skills

  • Strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and a proactive, action‑oriented approach to problem solving

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high‑quality work

  • Ability to identify risks, interpret requirements, and escalate issues appropriately to ensure accuracy and compliance

  • Foundational project coordination or project management experience, ideally supporting cross‑functional initiatives

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment

  • Skilled at building positive working relationships with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders

  • Comfortable learning and using technology tools, including CRM, CLM, and document management platforms (e.g., Salesforce, contract lifecycle tools)

  • Professional development towards certifications such as PMP or NCMA are considered an asset

  • Growth mindset with a solution oriented, continuously improving, proactive approach to work

Anticipated Salary Range: $57,300 - $76,400

This role is eligible for a performance-based annual bonus. Bonus awards are not guaranteed and are determined based on individual performance, company performance, and other business factors, in accordance with the company’s bonus plan.
