Roche Diagnostics Belgium is looking for a Tender Support Specialist to play a key role in the successful execution of the public procurement (tender) process for the critical Roche Diagnostics portfolio. Your impact
In this role, you will be the organizational backbone of the Tender Team, ensuring every tender process runs smoothly from initiation to conclusion. Your main tasks include:
Following the tender process diligently from start to finish, managing all phases in a highly organized and transparent manner.
Serving as the central point of contact for the RDB Tender Team, including organizing kick-off meetings, taking accurate notes, and coordinating input from all involved internal departments.
Proactively gathering, compiling, and archiving all necessary information and making sure that all relevant submission documents are always up to date and compliant.
Supporting the RDB Tender Team in creating presentations or other relevant documents to identify and implement opportunities for improving the way of working and enhancing efficiency.
Actively seeking out and implementing new methods, including the use of AI tools, to continuously improve the efficiency and speed of tender submission processes.
Who you are
The minimum qualifications required to be successful in the role are:
Bachelor's degree in administration, communication, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience. At least 2 to 3 years of professional experience; Experience in public procurement is a strong plus.
Highly structured, punctual, and detail-oriented with a proactive and hands-on mentality. Solution-driven and capable of handling complex situations.
A positive "doer" attitude and a flexible, collaborative team player. You embrace an Agile Mindset, including respect, collaboration, continuous improvement, pride in ownership, focus on delivering value, and adaptability to change.
Good understanding and application of Google tools and the office environment.
Native speaker in either Dutch or French, with strong professional working proficiency (both written and spoken) in Dutch, French, and English.
