What You’ll Do

  • Provide comprehensive support to the European Supply Team and Bulk Sales Team.
  • Manage tender processes for Commercial and General Aviation customers.
  • Input costs and fees into our Tender Management System (TMS) and Oracle Commodity (CXL) systems.
  • Coordinate tender contracts and collaborate with internal and external partners.
  • Assist with niche sales opportunities and ensure competitive market positioning.
  • Support invoice queries and new business partner onboarding.
  • Deliver accurate reporting and analysis to keep operations running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills:

  • Fluent English communication skills (written and oral).
  • Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent numerical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of hedging and price risk management.
  • Experience in supply chain management within oil or commodities.
  • Degree qualification (or equivalent experience).
  • Additional European languages are a plus.
