The Tenant Representation Lead will lead Cushman & Wakefield’s tenant advisory services in Finland, driving strategic growth, client engagement, and operational excellence. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence and delivering best-in-class solutions to occupier clients.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the local strategy for tenant representation

• Serve as the senior advisor to key occupier clients, providing strategic guidance on leasing, relocation, and workplace optimization.

• Lead on lease negotiations and portfolio strategies.

• Ensure delivery of tailored solutions that meet client objectives and timelines.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across sectors.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, landlords, and industry stakeholders.

• Represent C&W Finland at industry events and client meetings.

• Collaborate with regional and global teams to align Finland’s TRep offering with broader C&W goals
   

Qualifications

• Proven experience in tenant representation, leasing, or corporate real estate advisory.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship abilities.

• Fluent in English & Finnish language skills are a plus.

• Familiarity with the Finnish commercial real estate market and key players
