Temporary Graduate Marketing Project Manager

Brandeis University is seeking a Graduate Marketing Project Manager to join the Enrollment Marketing and Communications team in a temporary capacity. This position is for two months, ideally starting on January 5, 2026, but there is flexibility. 

Summary: 
The Temporary Graduate Marketing Project Manager will join our team to provide oversight of marketing and communications to support the university in recruiting and enrolling graduate students. Reporting to the Director of Enrollment Marketing and Communications, this remote position will also work closely with the Dean of Graduate Admissions. 

The hiring hourly rate for this position is $128.00.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee graduate enrollment marketing projects, ensuring deliverables are met on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic enrollment goals. Priority projects include the application push email campaign calendar, which will be executed by the Email Marketing Specialist and Associate Director.

  • Coordinate the prioritization of marketing requests, managing workloads and resources for the Graduate Enrollment Marketing team.

  • Manage a print brochure project with the University Integrated Design Team, including attending project meetings and managing timelines and review processes.

  • Content creation across emails and website.

  • Audit admitted student email campaigns and make content updates where needed.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience are required.

  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and task management capabilities.

  • Proficiency in prioritizing multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining quality.

  • Ability to work remotely for 18 hours per week with access to reliable internet.
