AQA is an educational charity and the leading provider of GCSE and A-level qualifications. We are looking for a Temporary Events Coordinator to join our Customer Training Delivery team.

The team focuses on community engagement, facilitating meetings and live training to support our wide range of customers at AQA. In the role you’ll communicate with stakeholders across the business, using a variety of systems and platforms.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong administration skills
  • Confidence to facilitate live training, either face to face or via Microsoft Teams
  • High IT proficiency with the ability to learn new systems at pace
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Previous experience using CRM would be highly beneficial.

From day one we’ll make sure you’re fully equipped and trained. You will also have access to our internal jobs board, from which almost 50% of our permanent roles are filled.

Hourly rate: £14.30 per hour

Contract dates: ASAP to 15 May

Hours: 35 hours a week, Monday – Friday between 9am and 5pm

Location: University of Manchester campus (approx. 3 days a week working from home)
