The temporary data clerk is being hired to complete populating additional
community health information into the newly developed web-based system. This includes populating CHA/C/SCCHSFPs database, entering eCHIS devices
information, assigning devices to users, updating reported incidents, updating trainings undertaken by users in the last 2 years, all of which are in Excel spreadsheets, into the web application.
Brief TORs:
The temporary data clerk will populate the web-based system with existing data as follows:
Enter details of 90 CHPS, 86 CHAs & 10 C/SC managers into the system
and assign them to respective organizations.
Enter the CHP/CHA training information into the new system to reflect
training completed in the last 2 years.
Update eCHIS devices details and assign the devices (smartphones and tablets) to users.
Update all devices incidents reported.
Profile of the skills and credentials required for the work:
A Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science/IT or other related
field.
A minimum of 1 years’ experience providing data entry and data management technical support to health projects and health facility staff.
Good computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite -MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access and Excel.
Experience working in Nyamira county is desirable.
