Temporary Data Administrator (Payroll)

Manchester Full time

At AQA, we’re committed to advancing education and we’re committed to our people. As the largest provider of academic qualifications in the UK, we mark over 10 million exam papers each year and it’s our people who make this happen.

At AQA we believe that all our processes need to be reliable, which starts with accurate data; and that is where you come in.

You’ll be supporting this vital team by ensuring the data held is up-to-date, correct and consistent across our multi-system set up, so that our workers can be paid accurately and reliably for the services they provide.

Your day to day focus will be on the data cleansing work to be completed within the payroll system, providing confidence in the precise nature of the data from your checks to the wider team; who will be keeping up with business-as-usual payroll work.

•    have strong attention to detail and are highly detail-oriented.
•    respect the handling confidential information.
•    are proficient in Microsoft packages (particularly Word and Excel).
•    are responsive to training on systems, including iTrent and Workday.
