THE ROLE: BRAND MANAGER (CONTRACT)
Reporting to the Brand Director of Innovation, the Brand Manager Consultant will serve as a key member of the Innovation team to craft disruptive innovation in the supplements space and beyond. You will be responsible for not only bringing blue sky thinking to the team on white spaces and innovation ideas, you will also be responsible to moving innovations through the gate process and landing them with our key retail partners. Your role is to maximize innovation led growth through disruptive value propositions and get strong retailer buy in. You will also partner closely with the Senior Brand Manager to ensure the OLLY 3+ year roadmap and pipeline delivers on the brand strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You are a successful marketer with ~6-10 years experience in brand in the CPG industry. You’re not afraid to dive into the data, interpreting numbers and translating them into actionable insights. You are a strategic blue sky thinker who has proven experience in launching successful innovations, is a collaborative leader and never afraid to roll up your sleeves to do whatever is necessary to execute the plans.
