Act as the primary internal point of contact for the FreshGravity partnership
Partner closely with the FreshGravity Managing Director / PM to:
Align on priorities, scope, timelines, and deliverables
Plan agendas and drive action items for working and leadership meetings
Lead internal stakeholder coordination across Clinical, IT, and Leadership:
Translate leadership needs into clear inputs for FreshGravity
Gather and synthesize feedback from clinical teams
Manage execution of active initiatives and POCs:
Coordinate recurring meetings and checkpoints
Track progress, risks, and dependencies to ensure timelines are met
Coordinate and co-lead workshops and working sessions:
Manage logistics, attendees, and agendas
Ensure outcomes align with clinical and program objectives
Drive short-term (2026) and long-term (3-year) roadmap planning:
Schedule and facilitate roadmap discussions
Ensure leadership input and prioritization are captured
Support leadership-facing deliverables:
Coordinate materials needed for leadership and MC reviews
Manage follow-ups and clarification requests with FreshGravity
Proactively manage prioritization, risks, and alignment across both organizations
Principal-level project management experience in Pharma IT (required)
Proven experience leading large, complex, cross-functional programs
Demonstrated success in change management and enterprise process rollout
Strong experience managing external vendors / consulting partners
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Proven ability to run effective meetings with clear outcomes and follow-through
Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams in a fast-moving environment
Experience in pharma, clinical, or regulated environments preferred
Focus on execution, coordination, and relationship management rather than development
