Temp HR4U Guide

We are seeking a HR4U Guide who will provide a seamless customer experience to Regeneron’s employees and the broader Human Resources community with all inquiries related to HR employee programs and services, HR policies, processes, and procedures. This person will be a front-line HR support representative for our employees, working to meet all expected service levels, performance goals and the full scope of services provided while ensuring that each case is fully documented in the Case Management system.

Please note, this is a 12 month temporary contract.

As a HR4U guide, a typical day might include the following:

  • Routine Inquiries: Receiving inbound inquiries via multiple channels (phone, web-form, chat). Working with the customer to understand the complexity of their needs and escalating issues to Tier 2 for resolution as appropriate
  • Non Routine Inquiries: Require investigating areas of issue and determining methods to resolve problems routing  inquiries as appropriate to ensure timely resolution
  • Completing Transactional activities: EDM uploads, employee file requests, wellbeing reimbursements, parents leave processing, employment verifications, Get Connected notification list, etc
  • Upholding HR4U service center policies, procedures, work instructions, and Sop's and maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Participating as SME to OPEX projects that require HR4U Guide Support; providing feedback and insight on how the employee "thinks" and making recommendations on portal layout, process, and knowledge related to the project at hand
  • Responsible for identifying areas of content that are missing or requiring enhancement to reduce escalations via "Missing Information Tracker" and attend ing "Missing Information" weekly meeting with knowledge team to prioritize the changes
  • Relaying opportunities for improvement of daily processes and assisting in the implementation of these initiatives; many of these may result in projects, demands, or content enhancements
  • Attend daily huddle, weekly team meeting and missing information
  • Completing weekly training assignments (service center trainings assigned weekly)
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

To be considered for this position you should have a BS/BA in related field with 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
