Job Title: Temp - Coordinator, Marketing (Atlantic Outpost)
A little bit about our team:
Atlantic Outpost is a lifestyle brand rooted in Country and Americana music working with artists such as Johnny Blue Skies & the Dark Clouds, Sam Barber and more. The Marketing Department is responsible for overseeing all marketing strategies for Outpost while also streamlining communication internally and externally.
Your role:
We are hiring a temp Marketing Coordinator to support the VP, Marketing. In this role, you will support the execution of artist campaigns and the day-to-day operations of the Marketing Team. You will be responsible for organizing marketing assets including timelines, artwork, one sheets and other administrative tasks to ensure timely and efficient communication internally as well as with artist teams.
Here you’ll get to:
Campaign Support + Organization: Build, maintain and update marketing plans, timelines and trackers for multiple releases; prepare concise recaps and meeting notes to keep wider team aligned.
Cross-Team Coordination: Manage deliverables and follow ups across Digital, Creative, Press, Production, and International Teams.
Asset & Materials Management: Collect, organize and distribute marketing materials (artwork, copy, bios, photos, audio links) and help maintain decks and one sheets; assist with the creation of promotional tools and facilitating manufacturing for products such as posters, stickers, merch boxes and more.
Reporting & Organization: Maintain and organize shared drives, update planning documents, and ensure information is shared in a timely manner between teams and partners.
Administrative Support: Manage calendar and daily schedule for the VP, Marketing as needed; book and organize travel; manage expense reports and invoices.
About you:
At least one year of music industry experience; previous label experience strongly preferred.
Passion for music - specifically, country.
Strong teamwork, organization and time management skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to multitask.
Willingness to learn.
Creativity.
Research skills.
We’d love it if you also had:
Strong knowledge or current and emerging social media platforms.
Experience working with Google Workspace and project tracking tools.
Basic graphic design skills and an eye for aesthetics.
