The Essentials (Read Before Applying)

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in Telesales with a proven track record of hitting targets.
  • Training: Kickstart your success with our First-Class Training. We will bring you to our Stockport hub for 3 weeks of fully expensed, elite sales coaching to ensure you hit your uncapped commission targets from day one.
  • Environment: Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently from home.
  • Skills: Proficient with CRM and dialler software and working in fast-paced, high-energy environment where resilience is rewarded.

Responsibilities for our Telesales Consultant:

  • Conduct telesales calls to potential clients, introducing Global Payments Genius Mobile Tap to Pay Solution.
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities selling on the call.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to potential clients.
  • Accurately update and maintain customer information and sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless sales process and customer experience.
