The Role: Telephone Account Manager
This role sits within UK Distribution team part of Individual Life & Pensions, which is the division that runs the Prudential Assurance Company, responsible for the manufacture and review of all insurance products including our legacy back book life and pension products which are open for new business within the UK retail market. Our distribution team is responsible for the promotion of all our open book propositions to the UK financial adviser marketplace.
As a Telephone Account Manager, you’ll build and manage relationships with a specific panel of adviser firms in a geographic area aligned to a Region. The role uses account management sales skills and extensive sales techniques, over the phone and on Teams, to achieve delivery of sales targets. You will be helping advisers match clients to solutions that fit their future, and play a key role in creating great outcomes for customers planning for the long term. The role consults with other members of the Sales team, Sales Support team and other key departments within the plc to ensure that we provide a consistent account management services approach to a defined panel of accounts.
This is a great opportunity to build extensive knowledge of our wide range of propositions, including PruFund, while working alongside talented colleagues. You’ll gain deep product and market insight, with ongoing support for your learning and career development.
It is essential for you to hold the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent qualification as a minimum.
