We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Tele-Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team and drive client growth and engagement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients;
  • Proactive search and attraction of new customers by conducting "cold" calls;
  • Understand clients' needs and goals to provide tailored solutions and drive upsell opportunities;
  • A minimum of 30+ outgoing calls to target new customers;
  • Conducting negotiations over the phone, retaining and increasing the volume of sales to current partners from the Pluxee Bulgaria EOOD network;
  • Maintaining commercial relations with potential and existing partners, through written and telephone communication;
  • Leverage CRM tools to track customer interactions, set reminders for follow-ups, and ensure no opportunities are missed;
  • Work towards meeting or exceeding sales targets related to retention and growth.

Requirements:
  • Superb verbal communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships;
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with an organised approach to work;
  • Sales flair and desire to work with people and achieve goals;
  • Commercially focussed;
  • Appropriate education and experience in a similar position;
  • Negotiation skills;
  • High written and oral communication in Bulgarian;
  • Good command of English, written and spoken;
  • Computer literacy - MS Office; Excel
  • Resilience when working under pressure;
  • Ambitious and results-oriented mindset;
  • Self-starter mindset;
  • Can-do mindset;
  • Proven experience within a busy sales environment  would be a plus.
