• Principales actividades:
o Realizar inventarios mensuales con enfoque en partes críticas.
o Realizar reportes de consumos mensuales en cantidad y costo.
o Mantener actualizadas las exixtencias en el software Máximo.
o Dar de alta nuevas refacciones.
o Acomodar las refacciones en los raks.
o Control de los insumos de limpieza.
o Mantener al dia los formatos de salida de refacciones.
o Realizar Shopping carts para resurtir refacciones que hayan llegado al punto de disparo.
o Mantener 5s en el almacén de refacciones.
o Despachar refacciones y materiales en ventanilla.
o Asistir a juntas de planeción y proyectos nuevos.
o Proponer ideas de mejora.
o Realizar shopping carts para comprar materiales para equipos nuevos.
o Dar seguimiento a las compras, hasta su surtido en almacén.
o Avisar al usuario cuando una refacción haya llegado.
• Perfil académico/ habilidades deseado.
o Licenciatura terminada.
o Experiencia mínima de 1 año en administración de almacén de refacciones.
o Analítico.
o Organizado.
o Proactivo.
o Capacidad para diseñar reportes.
o Inteligencia emocional.
o Enfocado en el servicio al cliente.
o Sentido de urgencia.
o Capacidad de administrar varios proyectos a la vez.
