¿Qué buscamos?
Buscamos un/a Ingeniero/a con perfil técnico y experiencia en producción farmacéutica, con orientación a procesos, equipos productivos y resolución operativa de problemas.

En dependencia del Líder de Área de Acondicionamiento de Comprimidos, garantizarás el suministro de producto, los lanzamientos y la estandarización de procesos, apoyando aspectos operativos, de calidad y EHS.

Responsabilidades clave:

  • Asegurar que las producciones se realicen conforme a procedimientos, normativa y directrices de GSK.
  • Liderar y participar en mejoras de equipos productivos, gestión de desviaciones y reclamaciones, controles de cambios y defensa ante auditorías.
  • Coordinar lanzamientos y transferencias de nuevos productos, garantizando correcta instalación y validación de equipos.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares de suministro, incluyendo requisitos para mercado USA (FDA). Apoyar en el logro de productividades (OEE/FR) y control de costes.
  • Gestionar y administrar aplicaciones informáticas del área; colaborar en procesos de digitalización.
  • Proponer e implantar iniciativas de mejora de calidad, seguridad y eficiencia siguiendo la metodología GPS (Lean/Six Sigma).

Requisitos:

  • Titulación universitaria en ingeniería o ciencias.
  • Experiencia en industria farmacéutica, preferiblemente en áreas productivas.
  • Inglés avanzado.
  • Conocimiento de entornos productivos y sistemas como SAP y OEE Toolkit.
  • Manejo de Office y herramientas Lean / Six Sigma.

Valorable:

  • Experiencia en acondicionamiento primario/secundario como técnico.
  • Habilidades de comunicación y trabajo con equipos multidisciplinares.
  • Experiencia en gestión de personas y trabajo en equipo con equipos productivos.
