How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Profissional responsável pelo suporte técnico e operacional da linha VitalAire, atuando diretamente no atendimento domiciliar e hospitalar. Garante a conformidade técnica dos equipamentos, realiza treinamentos especializados para pacientes e equipes, e assegura a gestão documental e física do ciclo de utilização dos dispositivos médicos.

Responsabilidades Principais

• Atendimento e Relacionamento: Realizar visitas técnicas a médicos e pacientes para implantação, substituição ou retirada de equipamentos, mantendo o suporte clínico necessário.
• Gestão Técnica e Manutenção: Executar higienização, inspeções e manutenções (preventivas e corretivas) em equipamentos e acessórios, assegurando o pleno funcionamento e segurança.
• Capacitação e Treinamento: Ministrar orientações e treinamentos sobre a utilização correta dos equipamentos para clientes internos e externos.
• Segurança e Riscos: Realizar a Identificação Preliminar de Risco (IPR) nas instalações, garantindo que as condições de uso estejam em conformidade com as normas de segurança.
• Monitoramento Clínico: Acompanhar cronogramas de visitas preventivas, realizar medições de parâmetros clínicos e fornecer materiais descartáveis conforme a necessidade do paciente.
• Rotina Administrativa: Controlar a documentação de entrega e devolução de ativos, além de gerir as rotinas burocráticas da distribuição logística.
