Job Summary
Synechron is seeking an experienced in Emerging and Cross-Functional Technologies to drive innovation, develop strategic technology roadmaps, and lead project execution across multiple domains such as blockchain, IoT, and AI. This leadership role involves mentoring teams, evaluating new solutions, and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to align technological initiatives with organizational objectives. The successful candidate will play a key role in fostering continuous innovation, ensuring architecture scalability, and supporting digital transformation efforts.
Software Requirements
Required:
Strong expertise in emerging technologies such as blockchain, IoT, AI, and related innovations
Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and best practices in scalable system design
Experience developing and leading projects utilizing emerging technologies
Proficiency in designing and implementing enterprise architecture strategies
Knowledge of agile methodologies, project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), and stakeholder collaboration tools
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop technical strategies aligned with business goals
Preferred:
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) supporting scalable solutions
Experience with DevOps practices supporting automation and continuous delivery
Familiarity with security standards relevant to emerging tech solutions (e.g., blockchain security standards)
Overall Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of technology strategies utilizing emerging innovations
Mentor and guide technical teams to achieve project goals and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies that align with business objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable, secure, and resilient architecture frameworks
Drive technical discovery, proof-of-concept development, and solution design supporting new initiatives
Develop and maintain architecture, process,guidelines, and risk mitigation strategies supporting enterprise scalability
Lead project execution, monitor progress, and ensure stakeholder alignment and communication
Support technology governance, security compliance, and best-practice adoption

Programming Languages:
Required: Knowledge of software architecture principles supporting emerging technologies
Preferred: Proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript for solution prototyping
Databases & Data Management:
Understanding of data storage, retrieval, and security, especially with distributed ledger technologies or data lakes
Cloud Technologies:
AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms supporting scalable architecture and deployment
Frameworks & SDKs:
Blockchain frameworks, IoT SDKs, AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) support for solution development
Tools & Methodologies:
Agile, Scrum, Kanban, architecture modeling tools (e.g., Enterprise Architect), DevOps pipelines, CI/CD tools

Experience Requirements
6+ years of experience leading technology initiatives involving emerging solutions such as blockchain, IoT, or AI
Proven track record in designing scalable architecture and implementing solution roadmaps supporting enterprise goals
Experience mentoring technical teams and managing cross-departmental projects
Demonstrated success in evaluating and integrating emerging technology solutions
Experience working with cloud platforms and automation frameworks is preferred

Develop and refine architecture strategies leveraging emerging technologies to meet strategic goals
Mentor teams, oversee project execution, and guide technical standards and best practices
Evaluate new technological solutions and lead proof-of-concept initiatives
Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology development with business needs
Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with security standards
Lead risk assessments, technology evaluations, and vendor engagement activities
Participate in strategic planning, technical reviews, and innovation workshops
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
6+ years of leadership experience supporting or developing projects within emerging technologies
Certifications in cloud platforms, blockchain, or enterprise architecture are a plus
Proven strategic thinking skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
