What You Will Do:

Key Responsibilities and Focus Areas

  • Support the development and execution of the Energy Practice's technology sales strategy, focusing on building a robust pipeline for new business opportunities.
  • Actively manage relationships with our five Priority 1 ecosystem partners, identifying joint opportunities and developing integrated assets/offerings.
  • Create joint, market-ready assets that integrate Guidehouse services with partner technologies for the Energy sector.
  • Conduct compelling and tailored technology demonstrations and presentations to educate clients on the value proposition of Guidehouse and partner solutions.
  • Support day to day management of client and partner relationships.
  • Proactively research and pitch new and relevant technology offerings from Priority 1 partners to internal Guidehouse teams to promote adoption.
  • Drive the identification and qualification of new technology-enabled business opportunities, particularly those leveraging ecosystem partner solutions.
  • Manage the sales lifecycle from initial engagement through proposal development, ensuring a smooth and clear handover of technical project scope to the delivery team.
  • Analyze energy sector technology trends, competitive landscapes, and partner roadmaps to articulate our solution strategy.

What You Will Need:

  • Must be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident due to nature of client engagements.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • Minimum 5 years post-graduation work experience in sales, technology consulting, program management and/or ecosystem strategy.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience supporting transformation or improvement initiatives for large enterprise organizations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in team settings and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Ability to work onsite in a Guidehouse Office or Client Office.

 

What Would Be Nice To Have

  • Preference will be given to candidates who live within a reasonable driving distance of a Guidehouse Office or Client Office.
  • Master’s degree from an accredited university.
  • Specialized training in industry relevant fields.
  • Work experience in energy or power utilities industry.
  • Prior experience in areas such as process improvement, organizational change management, or digital/technology modernization.
  • Experience contributing to proposals, presentations, or business development efforts.

The annual salary range for this position is $102,000.00-$170,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
