Job Description & Summary

Through the process of building new solutions, we foster a culture of innovation within PwC, extend brand relevance in the market, and generate new revenue.

Our team is responsible for resource planning, forecasting and budgeting; and the management of venture contracts and billing of our portfolio of products.

Key resposabilities:
● Advises implementation teams on risk and compliance requirements and process throughout the acquisition, development and implementation lifecycle for hardware, software and online services
● Works with implementation teams and internal stakeholders to develop and monitor risk mitigation strategies and plans where applicable
● Ensures technology within the portfolio have met all requirements, in a timely manner based on targeted launch dates, and are being licensed out of the correct legal entity where applicable
● Ensures documentation provided by implementation teams meets expected documentation standards and compliant to Network Standards and Policies
● Complies with Canadian firm's policies, guidance and processes related to technology risk and compliance, and the need to consult with the onshore TRG Leader and other stakeholders on any issues or questions that may arise.
● Works with implementation teams to gain a deep understanding of the technology and business plans being designed
● Coordinates with all applicable Business Enablement functions including but not limited to Independence, Office of the General Counsel, Risk, Brand, IT Security, Partnership Tax, and Data & Privacy
● Assist with projects as required such as automations, process redesign and audits
● The remote TRG Analyst serves a critical role in coordinating with the onshore Business Enablement functions and ensuring timely and accurate documentation and approvals for the technology within the portfolio.
●Collaborate with One Firm Risk teams to support cross‑functional projects and initiatives, operating effectively in a matrixed environment that includes AI Trust, Managed Services, and the Client Questionnaire Assistant.
● Provides training and education to technology teams related to technology risk and regulatory changes so that implementation teams have the relevant knowledge.
● Provides training and education to firm-wide teams on technology risk where applicable.

-Project Management Certification preferred

-Certified in Risk and Information systems Control preferred

-At least 2 years of experience in similar positions

-Advanced level of English – written and spoken (mandatory)

  • Understand the importance of have a correct information management

  • Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection

  • Correct Information Security Management
