About the Role

The Lead Product Manager – Product Workbench plays a strategic role within the Technology Product Management organization, responsible for shaping and advancing product execution capabilities that enable scalable, machine-first delivery across product teams.

This role focuses on designing and evolving structured workbench environments that improve how product initiatives are planned, coordinated, and executed. These capabilities support product lifecycle management by enabling better visibility into priorities, execution workflows, and operational insights that help product teams deliver features and capabilities more effectively.

Operating at the intersection of product operations, structured execution frameworks, and intelligent automation, the role translates real-world execution challenges into scalable product capabilities. Success in this role is measured by improved product execution efficiency, stronger coordination across teams, and the adoption of structured product workflows that support innovation and long-term product scalability.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve structured product workbench capabilities that support efficient execution across the product lifecycle

• Translate complex product and operational requirements into scalable workflow frameworks and execution environments

• Lead initiatives that improve visibility, coordination, and decision support across product development and delivery processes

• Collaborate closely with product managers to ensure workbench capabilities align with product strategy, roadmap priorities, and delivery needs

• Introduce intelligent automation and AI-assisted capabilities that improve execution insights, prioritization, and operational efficiency

• Develop lightweight prototypes or pilot capabilities to validate workflow improvements and product execution enhancements

• Ensure workbench capabilities integrate effectively with existing product systems, data flows, and operational platforms

• Partner with AI, taxonomy, and governance functions to ensure consistent adoption of machine-first product execution capabilities

• Monitor adoption, usability, and operational impact, refining capabilities based on product feedback and evolving needs

• Balance rapid iteration with long-term scalability, reliability, and product operational sustainability

Skills

• Strong ability to design structured execution frameworks that improve product operations and delivery workflows

• Experience developing scalable internal product capabilities that support planning, coordination, and product lifecycle management

• Ability to translate complex execution challenges into intuitive and scalable workflow solutions

• Understanding of how structured content, automation, and intelligent capabilities improve product delivery efficiency

• Experience integrating AI-assisted enhancements into operational workflows in a practical and measurable manner

• Strong collaboration capability across product management, engineering, and operational teams

• Capability to develop lightweight prototypes or pilot solutions that validate product workflow improvements

• Strong problem-structuring and systems thinking skills

Job Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

Master’s degree preferred in Product Management, Technology, Business, or related disciplines

Experience

15+ years of experience in product-led or technology-enabled environments

Experience designing or improving product execution capabilities, operational workflows, or internal product platforms

Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives that improve product delivery efficiency and operational scalability

Proven experience working across product, engineering, and operational teams to deliver high-impact product initiatives
