About the Role:

We are looking for a Technology Optimization Program Lead who enjoys enabling others to succeed. In this role, you will support early‑career technologists through a structured graduate program and deliver practical technical training to a wide range of engineering audiences.

This position combines program coordination, technical learning, and collaboration. You do not need to know everything on day one—curiosity, clear communication, and a willingness to learn are key.

Responsibilities:

Graduate Program Support

  • Help plan and run a 12‑month technology graduate program, including onboarding, rotations, mentoring coordination, and day‑to‑day logistics.
  • Work closely with program leaders, people partners, and engineering teams to create a positive and inclusive experience.
  • Track participant progress and feedback, and support graduates as they transition into permanent roles.
  • Coordinate communications, schedules, and program documentation.

Technical Training & Enablement

  • Deliver engaging live, hybrid, and in‑person training on internal tools, platforms, and engineering practices.
  • Learn internal systems well enough to explain workflows, usage, and best practices clearly.
  • Create and maintain training materials such as guides, demos, hands‑on labs, and recorded sessions.
  • Facilitate interactive workshops and knowledge‑sharing sessions for engineers with different levels of experience.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with software development (e.g. Java, Python, or similar), with the ability to speak credibly with engineers.
  • Experience delivering training, workshops, or knowledge‑sharing to technical audiences, or a strong interest in doing so.
  • Ability to manage multiple activities, coordinate with different stakeholders, and stay organised.
  • Clear, inclusive communication skills and confidence presenting to groups.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience. We value skills and experience as much as formal education.
