As a Technology Operations Centre Analyst, you will provide initial 24x7 proactive and reactive response to generated alerts and events across the Technology enterprise. You will manage the initial assessment, event correlation and execution of run book/escalation activities.
Location: You will be based in our Toronto office and will work in a remote model.
Reporting Relationship: You will report to the Manager, Technology Operations.
Posting Type: Replacement.
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM EST (Thursday & Friday off).
Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this role is $74,000 - $90,000.
Total compensation may also include variable or discretionary incentive components, including but not limited to bonuses and commissions. Individual job offers are determined by various factors, including experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
Monitor alerts, events, and dashboards to provide initial assessment of issues in a 24x7 environment.
Initiate and maintain internal communication from issue creation through resolution.
Capture issue details and maintain clear event records in ServiceNow.
Execute runbooks to resolve documented issues quickly.
Use monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, CheckMK, PRTG, and SolarWinds.
Apply technical knowledge of networking, systems, and operating systems such as Linux.
Receive and manage calls from vendors regarding issues or outages and process related actions.
Post‑secondary education in Information Technology, System Administration, Information Systems Management, or related fields, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience supporting technology services in a technology operations, service desk, or network operations role.
Ability to work independently or collaboratively and make timely operational decisions.
Understanding of ITIL fundamentals is considered an asset.
Technical knowledge of networking, SQL databases, CommVault, and Linux is considered an asset.
Experience using tools such as Dynatrace, ServiceNow, CheckMK, and PRTG is considered an asset.

Bilingual in English and French (reading, writing, and verbal).
Understanding of payment systems and the merchant acquiring business is considered an asset.
