This role leads enterprise-wide issue management by identifying, prioritizing, and resolving technology issues that impact business operations, while driving delivery management strategies that ensure predictable, high‑quality outcomes across all technology portfolios.
The position serves as a strategic partner to technology leaders to align roadmaps, capacity, and delivery expectations, and acts as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and TREX teams to ensure shared understanding of priorities and constraints.
Responsibilities include facilitating cross‑functional governance forums, overseeing end‑to‑end delivery lifecycle processes, and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance requirements. The role promotes transparency and accountability through clear communication and reporting, champions a culture of partnership and shared ownership, and leads continuous improvement efforts focused on efficiency, risk reduction, and service reliability.

NJ- Iselin Pay Range: $191,000 – $305,000 Annually
NC- Charlotte Pay Range: $159,000 – $254,000 Annually
AZ- Phoenix Pay Range: $159,000 – $254,000 Annually
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
