Responsibility :
1. Establish and optimize the organizational structure of the technology innovation team, clarify the responsibilities of each position, and build a composite team with required capabilities. Drive a high-performing and result-driven team.
2. Create a positive and innovative team culture, encourage technical exploration, strengthen internal team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
3. Manage annual department budget and OPEX.
4. Drive technical strategy planning and implementation, by formulating medium and long-term plans for XRX technology innovation, annual R&D goals, and resource investment plans. Lead the demonstration and decision-making of core technology directions, focus on key technical fields and build core technical barriers.
5. Drive the decomposition and implementation of technical strategies, convert medium and long-term goals into specific R&D projects, clarify project priorities, timelines, and delivery standards, and ensure the alignments of technical R&D, product iteration and market need.
6. Lead the R&D of core technologies. Be responsible for overcoming key technical bottlenecks in the R&D process, organize technical seminars and plan reviews.
7. Lead technical cooperation and joint R&D with universities, research institutions, and upstream and downstream partners. Integrate external technical resources.
8. Be responsible for the full-lifecycle management of R&D projects, formulate project R&D budgets, and establish an evaluation system for R&D project achievements.
9. Continuously watch the technical trends in the global XR optics field, the technical progress of competitors, and industry standard updates, regularly issue industry technical analysis reports, and provide references for the company's strategic decisions.
10. Lead the patent layout, application, and maintenance of XRX technologies, build a sound patent protection system, and prevent intellectual property risks
Qualification :
1、Bachelor or above,major in Material / optical science, Engineering.
2、Min. 5-yr experience of ophthalmic lens industry or engineering-related industry,and min. 3-yr experience as team management role.
3、Technical professional capability;Project management capability;Innovation and insight capability.
4、Technical team management and cross-function collaboration capability.
5、Fluent oral and written English communication.
