What You'll Do

The COO is the operational backbone of our Investments business, driving innovation, delivering outstanding client service, and enabling strategic transformation. As a graduate, you’ll be immersed in the technology, data, and operations that power our investment capabilities.

You’ll rotate across areas such as:

  • Investments Technology – supporting front-office platforms and digital tools.

  • Client Technology – enhancing client-facing systems and experiences.

  • Operations – streamlining processes and ensuring operational excellence.

  • Data & Insight – managing and leveraging data to inform decisions.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to enterprise systems, and work with modern tools and cloud platforms. Expect to participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome graduates from a wide range of academic backgrounds, in particular STEM disciplines, who have graduated in 2025 or are due to graduate in 2026, and who have a strong interest in technology.
