Technology Delivery Manager – Consultant Booking Integrations 

Barbican, London | Hybrid Working | Technology | Fixed Term Contract: 5 Months | Full Time

A key part of this is ensuring consultants, appointments and care pathways can be booked simply and reliably through direct, digitally enabled integrations. These booking capabilities are critical to protecting revenue, reducing friction for partners, and supporting future growth. 

 

We’re looking for an experienced Technology Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of consultant booking integrations, working closely with internal teams, Finance and thirdparty partners to deliver scalable, reliable APIbased solutions. 

 

As Our Technology Delivery Manager, you’ll: 

  • Own delivery outcomes, focusing teams on clear, costeffective business value 

  • Align teams across technology, product, commercial, finance and operations 

  • Lead delivery planning, managing risks, dependencies and milestones across multiple external partners 

  • Build strong relationships with senior internal stakeholders and thirdparty organisations 

  • Drive clear and transparent communication on progress, risks and decisions 

  • Manage budgets and forecasts, working closely with Finance using agreed trackers 

  • Coordinate endtoend testing, including partner testing and internal validation 

  • Provide accurate, timely reporting on delivery progress, booking volumes and outcomes 

 

We’re looking for someone who is deliveryfocused, commercially aware and confident working in integrationheavy environments. 

 

To succeed as a Technology Deliver Manager youll bring: 

  • Proven experience as a Technology Delivery Manager (or similar) 

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority 

  • Experience aligning multiple internal teams and external partners around shared outcomes 

  • Confidence managing budgets, forecasts and financial trackers 

  • Experience delivering APIbased integrations or platform services 

  • A pragmatic, structured approach to delivery with a strong focus on outcomes and risk management 

  • Comfort working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
