A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Technology Delivery Manager reporting to Senior Manager Technology Delivery
A bit about your role
The Technology Delivery Manager provides analysis, design, and delivery leadership to develop and execute technical roadmaps for key systems and platforms supporting the Planning, Design & Completions (PDC) function. Working closely with other business units, the role leads the delivery of automated, business‑driven systems solutions, including systems integration and testing.
The role combines hands‑on systems analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and leadership of automation teams, while driving continuous improvement, innovation, and future automation strategy aligned to broader organisational objectives.
A bit about you
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in the technical design and deployment of active telecommunications technologies, with a solid understanding of architecture, systems design, and end‑to‑end delivery across planning, build, integration, and handover. They are skilled in managing and governing technical delivery teams, analysing complex problems, and delivering innovative automation solutions while working collaboratively across distributed teams.
The role requires strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, advanced planning and prioritisation capabilities, and proficiency with tools such as Excel, JIRA, and Microsoft Copilot to support effective delivery, analysis, and communication.
