In enterprise architecture at PwC, you will focus on designing and implementing architectural solutions that align with the organisation's overall strategy and goals. Your work will involve understanding business products, business strategies and customer usage of products. You will be responsible for defining architectural principles, analysing business and technology landscapes and translating content / develop frameworks to guide technology decisions and investments. Working in this area, you will have a familiarity with business strategy, processes and experience in business solutions which enable an organisation's technology infrastructure. You will help to confirm that technology infrastructure is optimised, scalable, and aligned with business needs, enabling efficient data flow, interoperability, and agility. Through your work, you will communicate a deep understanding of the business and a broad knowledge of architecture and applications.

The role

As a Consultant, you will be part of delivery teams supporting large‑scale business transformation programmes. You will contribute to process improvement initiatives, migrations and implementations of various business applications, and project governance activities.

You will work on clearly defined tasks within a structured methodology, collaborating closely with senior consultants and managers, and supporting the delivery of high‑quality, client‑ready outcomes.

Your role will include:

  • Documenting business processes and contributing to process simplification and improvement initiatives
  • Supporting Project Management Office (PMO) activities and Quality Assurance (QA) across business applications delivery programmes
  • Supporting ERP implementation, migration and assessment activities
  • Assisting with data, reporting and analytics activities within ERP transformation projects
  • Supporting technology, integration and architecture documentation
  • Contributing to user enablement, testing and adoption activities
  • Gaining hands‑on exposure to industry‑specific solutions (e.g. Retail, Consumer Markets, Utilities, Telecom)
  • Self-positioning as a Finance or Operations expert with expectations further expand your competitiveness

What we are looking for

We are looking for motivated professionals who are early in their consulting or ERP careers and are keen to build deep expertise in digital transformation.

You should have:

  • A bachelor degree (preferably in Finance, Economics, Management, Math, Cybernetic, IT)
  • Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience, preferably in consulting, business analysis, ERP delivery, or a similar field
  • Exposure to SAP, 1C, Microsoft, Oracle solutions is a strong advantage
  • Experience with process documentation, data analysis, testing support or PMO activities
  • Strong analytical and structuring skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to prepare clear, concise and client‑ready documentation and presentations
  • Confidence working in structured project environments and following defined methodologies
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from senior team members
  • Fluency in Azeri, Russian and English (additional languages are an advantage, depending on location and client base)
