About the team:
We manage application development and support for captive clients, ensuring smooth operations and delivering quality solutions that meet business needs.
What you will be doing:
Coordinate and support system upgrades and testing (SIT/UAT).
Manage monthly and daily reporting processes for business teams.
Handle production support requests and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
Maintain documentation and update systems as needed.
Work closely with business and technical teams to ensure smooth operations.
Providing subject matter expertise to IT teams on quality assurance methodologies.
Travel required 10%.
What you will need:
Strong understanding of software testing and support processes.
Experience with reporting tools and data handling (e.g., Access, Excel).
Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and manage priorities.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with quality management tools (e.g., HP ALM, SharePoint).
Added bonus if you have:
Knowledge of financial systems or automotive domain.
Experience with system integration and downstream impact analysis.
Exposure to cloud platforms or automation tools.
