About the team and product:

Testing Services is a specialized team within the Capital Markets group. We are the proud owners of a proprietary test automation tool, developed and maintained by our team in Belgrade. We have built a specialized solution on top of the Robot Framework, which is primarily implemented using Python libraries, managed through our Test Manager web application, running on a .NET/IIS infrastructure.

With our tool, users can:

• Manage and optimize test coverage
• Build and maintain test cases
• Schedule test program execution
• Access results, dashboards, and time-series analytics
• Track and manage issue resolution

What you will be doing:

The consultant’s role includes collaborating directly with clients to gather and understand requirements, developing automated test cases, taking ownership of tasks and driving them to completion within agreed timelines, communicating effectively with project managers and team members, assisting in client training, and providing ongoing support. Together with other consultants and software developers, you will be a part of a team working on a state-of-the-art test automation tool.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Finance
• Experience in a client-facing delivery or implementation role, working on financial software or in banking/risk management
• Experience in Python
• Self-motivated and willing to learn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English  

Bonus If You Have:

• Understanding of the financial markets and knowledge of various financial instruments, i.e., Equities, Derivatives, FX/MM, and the ability to quickly learn new instrument types.
• Familiarity with software testing – manual and automated testing, end-to-end/regression testing
• Familiarity with any software testing framework – Robot Framework, Selenium, Cucumber or similar
