Provide day-to-day support for the applications in your domain, including user support, training and potentially out-of-hours support
Participate in support activities related to developed services/solutions, and out-of-hours support
Proactively work to ensure that risks are correctly identified and logged on the risk management system and that work is scheduled and prioritised to reduce the number of risks outstanding at any time
