Technology and Innovation Analyst

Job Description:

The Technology and Innovation Analyst partners with Construction Operations, Technology, and Innovation teams to support the delivery of technology solutions and process improvements that enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and drive business performance. This role analyzes operational data, identifies improvement opportunities, and supports implementation of digital tools and automation solutions. Serves as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and maximize return on technology investments.

Essential Job Functions

• Analyze construction operations data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process and technology improvements. Exercises independent judgment to prioritize analyses and recommend actionable insights that influence operational decisions.
• Partner with business and technical teams to evaluate workflows and recommend solutions that enhance productivity and operational performance. Acts as a trusted advisor by independently assessing needs and influencing solution design and adoption.
•  Support implementation of technology and innovation initiatives, including system enhancements, automation tools, and digital solutions. Takes ownership of assigned initiatives, making day-to-day decisions to drive progress, resolve issues, and ensure successful execution.
• Document business processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures to support consistency and scalability. Determines appropriate documentation standards and ensures accuracy and completeness with minimal oversight.
• Track project progress, risks, issues, and action items to ensure timely and successful delivery of initiatives. Proactively identifies risks and independently drives mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum.
• Develop training materials and assist in end-user training to support adoption of new tools and processes. Exercises discretion in tailoring content and delivery methods to meet diverse user needs and maximize effectiveness.
• Communicate project updates, benefits, and risks clearly to stakeholders and operational leaders. Independently determines appropriate messaging and escalation points to ensure alignment and informed decision-making.
• Monitor performance of implemented solutions and recommend enhancements to improve effectiveness and ROI. Owns continuous improvement efforts by evaluating outcomes and initiating changes that drive measurable value.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Construction, Information Technology, Business Intelligence, or related field
• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Construction Management, Information Systems, Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Construction, Technology, Business Intelligence, or related field
