We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to lead performance and construction monitoring activities, ensuring optimized plans, clear stakeholder alignment, timely escalation of issues, and accurate monthly stewardship reporting to support compliance and construction timelines. This role also ensures field monitoring equipment and nuclear substance and radiation device controls, inventories, and records are properly maintained in full compliance with regulatory requirements.

Minimum Requirements:
5 to 8+ years of oilsands experience, with demonstrated experience coordinating field-based roles or activities
Technical background with a Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent (e.g., Biology, Geology, Engineering, or related discipline) considered an asset
Familiarity with densitometers, radiation devices, calibration requirements, and regulatory record‑keeping

Responsibilities:
Own and drive a credible, optimized performance and monitoring plan, coordinating daily and weekly performance readings and construction monitoring activities to support compliance requirements and construction timelines, with prioritization of high‑risk instruments and structures. This includes clear accountability to identify, document, and promptly escalate any deviations from plan, regulatory requirements, or performance expectations to appropriate stakeholders, and actively follow up until resolution is achieved.
Ensure stakeholders are clearly informed of the plan, performance expectations, priorities, and what is required to successfully execute the work.
Complete monthly stewardship reporting, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and alignment with compliance and performance objectives.
Ensure field monitoring equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and fit for use.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements related to nuclear substances and radiation devices, including maintaining accurate inventories and records. This includes:
