In dieser Position sind Sie ein wichtiger Teil unseres Reparatur-Teams und verantwortlich für die Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Reparaturangeboten. Sie arbeiten eng mit unserem Serviceleiter zusammen und stehen bei Rückfragen in direktem Austausch mit unseren Kunden, um einen reibungslosen und schnellen Angebotsprozess sicherzustellen.
 

Ihre Aufgaben im Detail:

• Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Reparatur- und Serviceangeboten auf Basis von Leads

• Eigenständige Einholung fehlender Informationen zur Angebotserstellung

• Ansprechpartner:in für Kundenrückfragen zu Angeboten

• Erfassung und Dokumentation eingehender Aufträge im System sowie Weiterleitung an die zuständigen Einheiten

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen

• Unterstützung bei Vertriebsaktionen und Kampagnen

Das bringen Sie mit

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

• Erste Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst, Kundenservice oder in einer ähnlichen Rolle von Vorteil

• Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

• Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Umgang mit Kunden

• Technisches Grundverständnis sowie IT-Affinität

• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
