Job Description Summary

Perform general maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of the facility, including fixing plumbing, electrical, and structural issues.
Conduct routine inspections of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) to identify and address potential problems
Install and maintain fixtures, fittings, furniture, and equipment as required by the facility.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
