Technician / Senior Technician, Mammaliam solution preparation

Copenhagen, Denmark Full time

Our purpose is to bring hope to life by enabling life-changing therapies for patients around the globe, creating a healthier and happier tomorrow. Our mission is to work side by side with our customers in order to improve patients’ lives by bringing new biopharmaceuticals to market.

At AGC Biologics in Søborg, your work will directly support the production of biologic medicines used by patients around the world. As part of our solution preparation team in SYD22, you will play a key role in ensuring that production starts with precision, quality, and consistency.

This is where your attention to detail, structured mindset, and hands-on approach truly make a difference. You are not just preparing buffers - you are enabling the foundation for therapies that change lives.

A role where your work sets the standard

In this role, you will be part of a modern, state-of-the-art facility currently in ramp-up, working closely with skilled technicians, scientists, and cross-functional teams such as QA, QC, Engineering, and Manufacturing Support.

Your days will be a mix of hands-on production and collaboration. You will plan and prepare buffers used in downstream processing, ensuring everything is executed in line with GMP standards. At the same time, you will contribute to improving how we work - optimizing processes, solving challenges, and supporting a stable and efficient production flow.

You will:

  • Work hands-on with buffer preparation in a GMP environment, ensuring high quality and accuracy
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across functions to keep production running smoothly
  • Contribute to continuous improvements and help strengthen our processes
  • Take ownership of your tasks while supporting team goals and daily planning

A team built on trust, collaboration, and learning

You will join a team characterized by strong collaboration, knowledge sharing, and a supportive atmosphere. People take pride in their work, help each other succeed, and maintain a high level of accountability.

Leadership is hands-on and focused on creating clarity, supporting development, and ensuring that everyone has the tools to perform at their best. Whether you are experienced or still developing, you will have opportunities to learn, grow, and expand your technical skills.

What will help you succeed

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a structured production environment and takes pride in doing things right the first time.

We imagine that you:

  • Preferably hold an education as a Process Operator, Process Technologist, or Industrial Operator
  • Preferably have 2+ years of experience from the biopharmaceutical industry and have worked in a cGMP environment
  • Have experience preparing buffers according to recipes defined in production records
  • Have experience with LEAN, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate effectively and communicate clearly and constructively
  • Can speak, read, and understand English fluently

Just as important, you bring a positive mindset, flexibility, and a willingness to learn. You thrive in a dynamic environment and take ownership of your work.

Why join AGC Biologics?
