In October 2020, Four Seasons Hotel Macao introduced The Grand Suites, an all-suite tower that took the concept of luxury and bespoke services to new heights. With the addition of 289 suites, the Hotel's room count increased to a combined total of 649 keys, making it the largest property within the Four Seasons group. Situated at the heart of the Cotai Strip, the hotel provides an elegant oasis with elite entertainment, high-end shopping, world-class dining, and the indulgent pampering that defines Four Seasons.

About the role:
The Technician No. 2 is responsible for diagnosing and providing service and repairs to hotel equipment including electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, fire & safety, HVAC refrigeration, interior, paint and decorating, and respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.

What you will do:

  • Provide service and repairs as outlined in the Technical Skills List, depending on grade level, for electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, fire & safety, HVAC, refrigeration, interior, paint and decorating problems

  • Lubricate machinery on a regular basis

  • Provide machinist work to all equipment such as replacing and repairing bearings, gears, belts, shafts, control mechanism, etc

  • Maintain and re-lamp all lamps in the hotel, including socket repair and replacement

  • Install electrical wiring for renovations, electrical outlet additions, motors and associated equipment

  • Respond to all guest complaints regarding the maintenance of their room or public areas in a timely manner

  • Conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times to reflect the high standards of Four Seasons Hotels

What you bring:

  • Ability to communicate in either English or Cantonese languages

  • Minimum one year or related work

Schedule & Hours:

  • 48 Hours Weekly

  • Work on shift
