Key Responsibilities:

• Lead AATT-2 (MAKO) Warehouse daily operation/personnel and the capacity to hit team KPIs.

• Lead AATT-2 buildup plan as WH steward to execute AATT-2 roadmap & project on time.

• Manage and improve storage bin/safety environment including layout plan.

• Area budget management such as timely equipment/tool PM and consumption control.

• Coordinate messages, appointments, information to callers, file maintenance, department office supplies and mail as well as participate cross-site/functional meeting such as initial operation model buildup.

• Researches, compiles and proof reads documents, etc.

• Ensure your area meet and fulfill Micron/Warehouse 12D compliance as well as 6S/Audit requirement.

• Review QMAP & FEMA & Control Plan & BCP is applicable to AATT-2 WH and fully implement.

• Process audit and improvement that with capability of leading line audit.

• Time management with sense of urgency to conduct abnormal incident and emergency response such as OCAP (Out of control action plan) & evacuation.

• Participate in root cause analysis for recurring issues and lead shift TMs to create CAPA report when needed.

• May be assigned to various functional areas of the company.

• Flexible with job responsibilities and able to work with different shifts as needed. Weekend and holiday support is required.

• Good communication skill and always work as ONE team.

• Work location: AATT-2 MAKO (Under MTB).

• TOEIC score above 550 is a plus.

• Forklift operation certificate is a plus (堆高機執照).
