Printing Mechanic
12‑hour night shift; D‑Shift

Based in our Greenwood, SC site, you will play a key role in ensuring our printing operations run reliably and meet customer expectations. You will support a full shift team by maintaining and improving the mechanical performance of our printing equipment.

What you will do:

  • Troubleshoot and repair hard capsule imprinting machines.
  • Maintain and repair ink viscosity controllers, conveyors, engraving equipment, and related mechanical systems.
  • Identify and resolve print defects to support consistent quality.
  • Improve the performance of vision system equipment.
  • Complete mechanical and administrative tasks to ensure equipment reliability.
  • Perform required preventive maintenance.
  • Conduct order changes when production needs require it.

What we are looking for:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Experience working with mechanical or electromechanical equipment.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work safely and follow standard operating procedures.
  • Comfortable working 12‑hour shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours based on business needs.
  • Ability to meet expectations related to safety, quality, teamwork, attendance, and productivity.
  • Willingness to perform cleaning duties and other tasks that support smooth production.
