• ​

• ​​10kV变电站运行维护​​

  • 执行变电站定时巡检（含红外测温、局放检测等），记录运行参数（电压、电流、功率因数等）
  • 处理配电系统异常报警，完成高压柜倒闸操作（需持有高压电工证）
  • 配合年度预防性试验，监督外包单位进行继保测试

• ​​厂务设施综合巡检​​

  • 按SOP检查暖通、给排水、空压等系统运行状态
  • 通过BMS系统监控能耗数据，识别异常能耗点（如水泵电流突增15%以上）

• ​​预防性维护执行​​

  • 根据SOP完成设备设施保养
  • 更换耗材（过滤器、皮带等）并建立更换台账

• ​​夜间危废管理​​

  • 收集生产车间危险废弃物，确保分类存放（符合GB 18597标准）

• ​​应急抢修响应​​

  • 处理突发设备故障（如管道爆裂、跳闸等），启动相应应急预案
  • 重大故障升级报告，并保护现场等待专业人员​​​​

​​资质证书​​

• 必备：高压电工操作证、低压电工证
• 优先：制冷与空调作业证、高空作业，叉车驾驶等

​​专业技能​​

• 熟练使用万用表、兆欧表等检测工具
• 能读懂单线图、PID图等基础技术图纸
• 掌握机械密封更换、管道带压堵漏等实用技能

​​工作经验​​

• 3年以上厂务设施运维经验（半导体/制药行业优先）
• 独立处理过配电系统跳闸恢复案例
