What This Job Involves:
As a Facilities Technician, you will be an essential member of our Facilities Management team, working directly under the supervision of the Facilities Manager. You will be responsible for the hands-on maintenance, operation, and technical support of our client's building systems and equipment. Your role is critical in ensuring optimal facility performance, safety compliance, and delivering the high-quality technical services that meet both JLL's and our client's operational standards.
Routine Maintenance Schedule & Implementation
• Equipment management, maintenance, and repairs 例行性維護保養排程與執行與設備管理維護及修繕
• MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Safety) asset management 機電(機電空調消防)設備資產管理
• ISO 50001 and ISO 14001:2015 implementation (utility cost tracking and energy consumption assessment) ISO50001 及ISO14000:2015 執行(水電費紀錄，用電評估)
• Daily MEP equipment inspections 日常機電設備巡檢
• Construction/renovation project supervision and support 改造工程監督及支援
Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications
3-5 years of experience in facilities technical managment
Basic in written and spoken English
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
