本岗位服务于全球金融业和银行客户,位于上海陆家嘴,主要从事办公区,网络机房和数据中心的运维管理。
岗位职责
1.
提供 5×12/7×24小时设备设施运维服务,并支持 365×24 小时应急响应,确保2小时内到场处理。
2.
按照巡检线路和巡检表的标准执行巡检检查,并做好记录,做好交接。
3.
快速响应维修请求,按照客户及JLL紧急处理流程进行处理,具备独立解决问题的能力。
4.
定期审核运维相关文件,并按时上传至指定系统平台。
5.
起草PPM计划及相关维护文档,监督供应商严格执行变更管理,审核变更及维护报告。自行进行维护时,严格按照批准的变更方案进行维护并做好维护报告。
6.
负责供应商日常管理工作, 参与供应商会议、KPI绩效评估及相关培训活动。
7.
主导并组织定期运维会议,如月会、周会等。
8.
支持小型项目的实施与协调。
9.
配合上级主管完成各类审计工作(包括内审、外部审计、环保审计等)。
10.
与客户、用户、同事及分包商保持良好沟通与协作。
11.
及时参加各项培训及完成考核,严格遵守客户/JLL各项规章制度。
12.
协助上级主管处理其他临时工作任务,并服从工作安排。
任职要求
1.
持有有效的 低压电工证,具备 空调操作证者优先。
2.
中专或高中以上学历。
3.
具备银行、数据中心或灾难恢复站点相关工作经验。
4.
熟悉电气系统、UPS系统、空调系统、消防系统及给排水系统的工作原理,具备基本运维能力。
5.
具有设施维修经验。
6.
能接受 5×12/7×24小时轮班安排及 365×24小时应急响应,具备独立处理突发事件的能力及良好的汇报能力。
7.
工作积极主动,具备良好的团队合作精神及独立工作能力。
8.
可接受公共节假日正常上班及白夜轮班安排。
9.
熟练使用 Excel、Word 等Office办公软件。
10.
具备良好的沟通能力。
11.
无不良记录,能够通过金融行业背景调查。
12.
吃苦耐劳,积极主动,服从现场管理与安排。
13.
有英文工作环境经验者优先考虑。
