1.面向办公人员提供设施相关的现场客户服务
2.日常巡检，包括电力、空调、消防、安防、综合池、弱电、空压系统的正常运行；
3.检查（验收）设备的运行情况，报告运行故障和报修结果；
4.根据设备的维护保养计划，进行日常的操作和维护，组织并协调，监督各服务供应商的定期的对分管设备的现场工作；
5.设备系统的运行记录、维修保养记录、设备履历等技术档案的收集、整理、归档工作
6.日常小维修，灯管，插座，内装配件等，协助工程师定期的现场维护保养插座、配电、空调滤网等
7.中控室值班室: 监视设备运行状况，第一时间反馈联系处理
要求：
• 相关行业1年以上工作经验
• 有低压电工证或制冷证
• 45岁以下，身体健康、为人诚恳踏实，责任心强；
• 良好的服务意识，沟通能力
• 高中以上要求
