What this job involves

• Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of electrical, mechanical, and building systems in compliance with statutory and client requirements
• Respond promptly to tenant and occupant service requests and resolve issues efficiently
• Carry out of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on HVAC, lighting, power distribution, and other critical infrastructure
• Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols, building regulations, and environmental standards
• Maintain accurate logs, work orders, and compliance documentation in property management systems

Desired experience and technical skills

Required

• Valid REW A license is a must
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in commercial office, retail or mixed-use environments
• Solid understanding of electrical systems, building services and safe work practices
• Proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills and commitment to quality and safety
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
