· 负责工厂暖通空调自动化监控系统进行实时监测、运行状态跟踪与异常报警响应；
· 识别并初步诊断空调、冷水机组、新风系统、排风系统等关键设备的运行异常，按流程通知相关维修团队并启动应急响应机制；
· 作为设施运维团队的当班联络人与协调接口，协助调度资源、传递信息、记录事件进展；
· 按运维要求对各设施设备的关键运行参数进行记录，填写日志，台账等信息；
· 严格遵守EHS政策，按操作规范进行相关安全操作；
· 协助设施运维团队完成门禁授权、临时用电审批、施工监护等支持性任务；
· 参与应急预案演练，熟悉火灾、断电、水浸、洁净室失效等场景下的标准响应流程；
· 保持工作环境整洁、设备完好、文档有序，符合5S及信息安全要求；
· 其他现场经理安排的支持类工作。
· 暖通、电气、自动化、机电一体化或相关专业；
· 2年以上工厂、数据中心或大型设施的运行值班、中控室监控或设施运维经验；
· 熟悉楼宇自控系统（BAS）或工业自动化监控平台的操作界面与基本逻辑；
· 具备基础的暖通或电气系统知识，能理解空调水系统、风系统、配电回路等关键设备的运行原理；
· 能读懂简单P&ID图、系统流程图及报警信息含义；
· 具备良好的沟通协调能力与应急判断力，能在压力下清晰传递信息、快速响应；
· 熟悉基本EHS规范，了解LOTO（上锁挂牌）、密闭空间、电气安全等高风险作业的注意事项；
· 熟练使用办公软件，能准确记录和报告事件；
· 原则性强，纪律性好，能严格执行操作规程与交接班制度
· 持有低压电工操作证
· 有外资制造企业（如半导体、生物医药、电子、汽车等行业）厂务值班经验
